Effective for the registration year 2009, all instructors and assessors will be required to have 5 hours of inservice training in order to recertify as an instructor or as an assessor.

All instructors and assessors should make plans to attend this mandatory joint recertification clinic to be held in Baton Rouge on Saturday, July 26, 2008.

Please note, this is a date change!!!

Instructors and assessors will not be recertified for 2009 if they do not meet these recertification requirements.

Due to the large expected numbers of instructors and assessors who have indicated they will attend, the location has been changed from the LSA office to the Bluebonnet Branch of the East Baton Rouge Parish Library (9200 Bluebonnet Boulevard).

The morning session will run from 9:00 to noon. We will break an hour for lunch and start again at 1:00. We plan to finish no later than 4:00.

The library opens at 9:00 and we will begin as soon as we get set up. Please be at the library at 9:00.
